Excellent service for 47 people via Ferry to Cork in Ireland for the rugby tournament we were attending, communication was fantastic throughout with no issues whatsoever would highly recommend

Big shout out to Chris Newman who not only organised our stag break to perfection but went to great lengths to ensure our experience was not spoilt by a flight delay
Taking a lot of anxiety away from members of our group who were effected by this
He swiftly found alternative flights for all ten of us to return to the U.K.
This was no mean feat
Then fought in our corner to make sure we were rightly compensated for our ordeal
Such a great standard of service up and beyond what we would have expected
I’m sure he would have even been prepared to personally fly out with a dose of Valium for a few of our weaker party and personally delivered flowers to they’re wives lol

Certainly prevented a lot of melt downs

Nothing has been simple for Chris about this trip, booking it throughout ever changing COVID guidelines, the number of travellers and names changing, flights being cancelled before we left, flights cancelled when where coming home, Easy Jet being an absolute nightmare..
10 lads stuck in Spain and me calling him at midnight to which he answered and found a solution..
He has successfully worked tirelessly to get our money back and 7 weeks later he is still pushing forward for us with our compensation claim..
If it wasn’t for Chris this would have been a complete disaster..

Booked my first holiday with Chris and cannot fault absolutely anything. Process was extremely easy with just a few simple forms to fill out. Chris found exactly what I was looking for (I’ve booked a short week away in a lodge around Christmas time) for an amazing price. For all you best men & maid of honours scratching your heads about how your going to organise your best mates stag/hen do. Don’t stress or be stressed durring your tour! Let this company take th strain out of tour.
So many things can go wrong when on tour espically with constant flight cancellations and delays. Our trip had multiple cancellations prior and pre tour which would of created headaches for the best men. Chris manage to resolve all of our travel issues and really lived up to his company mission of Taking the Strain Travel!
Chris has also challenged our flight provider to ensure we received our compensation. All returned in a matter weeks which I’m sure would of taken longer if we booked independently.
No question I would use this company again and will be widely promoting to my family and friends.
